ERIC GREENSPAN
ERIC GREENSPAN is the Chef/Owner of several popular LA eateries, is a and popular food personality on TV.
In spring 2007, Eric opened his restaurant, The Foundry on Melrose, and has followed that up with several more hit restaurants, including his most recent Fleishik's Sandwiches, Nosh and Whiskey.
In 2011, Eric hosted the A&E home improvement show “Fix this Kitchen” and in 2015, he had his own series—“Eric Greenspan Is Hungry”—on National Geographic. He has competed, judged and made appearance on numerous food shows, including Food Network’s "Cutthroat Kitchen," “Cutthroat Kitchen: Super Sabotage,"“Cutthroat Kitchen,” “Guy’s Superstar Grocery Games," "Guy's Grocery Games," "Chopped: All-Stars Tournament," “The Next Iron Chef," “The Next Iron Chef: Redemption," “Rachael vs. Guy: Kid’s Cook-Off," “The Best Thing I Ever Ate,” “The Best Thing I Ever Made"; Cooking Channel's “Big Cheese”; NBC’s “Food Fighters”; Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Kitchen Nightmares”; Travel Channel’s “Man Finds Food” and “The Traveler’s Guide to Life”; FYI’s “Man vs. Master” and “Man vs. Child”; Esquire’s “Knife Fight,” among many others.
His first cookbook is due out in 2018 by Ten Speed Press.
