She has been consulting chef at some of the countries top Greek restaurants, among them: Molyvos, Pylos, and Committee Boston, and has worked with Harvard, Yale and UMass to deliver health-giving Mediterranean recipes to their respective student dining services. Diane has made guest appearances on many major network shows, most recently on CBS Sunday Morning, Beat Bobby Flay (as a judge) and The Dish.
Her TV show, “My Greek Table,” airs in 95% of the United States, as well as in Canada, Australia, and, soon, China. In the U.S., average broadcast viewership is about 1.5 million people per episode.
