JEFF HENDERSON, known as "Chef Jeff," is an award-winning chef and inspirational speaker, who has spent as much time helping people change their lives and he has serving them delicious food.
Jeff Henderson is the author of Cooked, which is currently being developed into a feature film; the self-help book If You Can See It, You Can Be It, and Chef Jeff Cooks. His first television show “The Chef Jeff Project” aired on The Food Network in fall 2008, to widespread acclaim. That was followed by several appearances on Food Network shows, including “Dinner: Impossible,” and as the host on GSN’s “Beat the Chefs.” In 2013, the nationally syndicated “Family Style with Chef Jeff” premiered. That was followed by “Flip My Food with Chef Jeff Henderson,” a nationally syndicated show that now airs on Z-Living.
As a passionate speaker, Chef Jeff continues to inspire. His talks and workshops are hugely popular across the country; Jeff regularly speaks to corporations, non-profit organizations, educators, schools and youth programs.
